Gretchen is our Office Manager. She comes to us with an IT background and a career as a professional singer. Long before joining Dr. Eriksen’s team, she was a patient of the clinic. “I have known Dr. Eriksen as a friend for many years. After a lifetime of trying to convince doctors that my symptoms were real, Dr. Eriksen truly listened to me, and was able to start me on a journey of recovery. It’s exciting to help her do the same for others.”

Specializing in BTL Aesthetics, pelvic floor wellness, pain management, body sculpting, and TMS recovery, she works alongside Dr. Eriksen to connect patients with personalized treatments across the practice’s innovative wellness and aesthetic modalities.

Her mission: helping patients look better, feel stronger, and live fully renewed.

Allana Consolazio is a Medical Assistant and certified phlebotomist at Reviving My Health. A recent University of South Florida graduate, she studied Health Sciences and holds a master’s degree in Marketing. A former softball player, Allana brings teamwork, compassion, and dedication to her role, supporting clinical operations while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, safe, and cared for.

Lindy Stone began her medical career in 1989 and brings more than three decades of clinical experience to her role. Her background includes assisting with major cardiac and neurological procedures, along with extensive experience as a Medical Assistant and Surgical Technologist.

With exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for patient care, Lindy manages the spine and joint pain division, helping ensure every patient receives knowledgeable, compassionate, and personalized care.
